Lead the design and development of scalable and reusable MuleSoft APIs and integrations. Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather integration requirements. Define and enforce MuleSoft development best practices and coding standards. Manage the full API lifecycle: design, development, deployment, monitoring, and versioning. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues and performance bottlenecks. Guide and mentor a team of MuleSoft developers, conducting code reviews and technical training. Ensure compliance with security, governance, and data privacy standards. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and estimation. MuleSoft Lead Developer Location: Remote EST Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of scalable and reusable MuleSoft APIs and integrations. Manage the full API lifecycle: design, development, deployment, monitoring, and versioning. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues and performance bottlenecks. Guide and mentor a team of MuleSoft developers, conducting code reviews and technical training. Ensure compliance with security, governance, and data privacy standards. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and estimation. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 5+ years of experience in integration development, with at least 3 years in MuleSoft. MuleSoft Certified Developer (Level 1 or 2) and/or MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect preferred. Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, RAML, JSON, XML, and SOAP. Experience with Anypoint Studio, API Manager, Runtime Manager, and DataWeave. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins, and DevOps practices. Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
