Job Opportunity: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist

Job Responsibilities:

• Administer intravenous, inhalation, and regional anesthetics for various medical procedures.
• Conduct pre-anesthetic assessments and document findings.
• Manage anesthesia care preoperatively, perioperatively, and immediately postoperatively.
• Collaborate with the Anesthesia, Surgeon, and Perioperative teams to select appropriate interventions.
• Provide airway management services throughout the facility.
• Support professional development of peers and lead within the professional practice setting.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care for all procedures.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Provide education and mentorship for staff, colleagues, patients, and families.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA).
• At least 2 years of CRNA experience (excluding training).
• Active Michigan Nursing and Specialty License.
• Up-to-date COVID and Flu vaccinations or willingness to obtain.
• Active BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications or willingness to obtain.
• Clean malpractice and license history.
• Willingness to travel to other ambulatory sites as necessary.

License and Certification Requirements:

• Current CRNA License and Certifications (BLS, ACLS, PALS).
• COVID-19 vaccination status, unless an approved exemption is provided.
• Active and valid Michigan licenses for nursing and specialty.
