Experience with Apple development environments (iOS/macOS) SwiftUI, UIKit, and AppKit. Proven experience building and leading software engineering teams. Ability to recruit, grow, and retain top talent. Strong technical foundation and hands-on experience shipping high-quality user features. A strategic thinker who can manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills across disciplines and teams. High attention to detail, with a deep understanding of UI and system design trade-offs. A leader who empowers their team and values integrity, curiosity, and quality. Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience. At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $198,300 and $342,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
