Basic Qualifications: 10+ years of experience leading technical and programmatic vision, architecture, and solutions development of full spectrum solutions for the DoD, USCYBERCOM, or IC community 10+ years of experience leading software development programs, including the development of high availability infrastructure systems Experience with model-based systems design and integration with large systems Experience leading SAFE Agile delivery of solutions supporting major programs with a focus on multi-stakeholder requirements and fast-turn delivery of capabilities for the warfighter Experience leading innovation focused on designing prototypes, pilots, or strategic technical partnerships to develop solutions for clients Experience leading innovation for modernization of systems, acceleration of technologies, and the embedding of dual-use technologies for solutions and AI enablement of capabilities Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam Additional Qualifications: Experience participating as an industry contributor and recognition as a thought leader in the field of cyber capabilities to support the warfighter Experience in RF-enabled cyber and EW capabilities, Tactical Edge Infrastructure solutions, and enterprise solutions Possession of excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills Possession of excellent leadership skills Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including location, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, contract-specific affordability, and organizational requirements. The projected salary range for this position is $185,700 to $345,000 (annualized USD). This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
