This is a fully in-person role. Responsibilities
Serve as the strategic link between business teams and IT, ensuring systems support key functions like procurement, production, inventory, and sales. Gather and translate business needsinto system enhancements, process improvements, and actionable reporting. Lead issue resolution efforts, collaborating with users, vendors, and developers to troubleshoot and optimize systems. Analyze workflows and recommend improvementsto streamline operations and enhance efficiency. Design and deliver scalable solutionsto address complex business challenges. Evaluate emerging technologiesto identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency gains. Conduct cost-benefit analysesto support data-driven decisions on system upgrades and investments. Develop and test optimized workflows, ensuring solutions meet business requirements. Document processes and solutionsto support knowledge sharing and continuity. Act with urgency and ownershipto remove roadblocks and improve user experience. Support project deliveryby managing tasks and timelines in coordination with the PMO. Qualifications
Degree in Computer Related field. 4+ years of experience working in /with manufacturing principles and associated business processes. Experience configuring and working with integrated manufacturing systems. Strong analysis and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail Customer service focused with the ability to positively interact directly with end users Excellent verbal, written and organizational skills High level of emotional intelligence; Demonstrated ability to prioritize Strong problem-solving skills; Team first mentality; Business and goal oriented Compensation & Benefits
