Base pay range $100,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from Applied Resource Group Account Executive | Enterprise Applications | Connecting Top Talent with Leading Companies Job Title: SharePoint Administrator Location: Atlanta, GA Job Type: Full Time - On-Site Department: Information Technology Reports To: Vice President of Information Technology Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented SharePoint Administrator to support and optimize our growing SharePoint environment in a dynamic manufacturing setting. This role is critical in streamlining collaboration, document control, and process automation across production, quality assurance, engineering, HR, and other corporate teams. The SharePoint Administrator will ensure reliable access, manage content and permissions, and support process improvement initiatives using Microsoft 365 tools. Key Responsibilities: Configure, manage, and maintain SharePoint Online. Develop and support SharePoint sites for various departments including Production, Quality Assurance, Engineering, HR, and other corporate teams. Implement document management and version control solutions. Create and manage lists, libraries, metadata, workflows, and forms to automate processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and build SharePoint solutions that support operational efficiency. Monitor system performance, perform routine audits, and support data backups and disaster recovery efforts. Stay current with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint best practices relevant to the manufacturing sector. Other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field. 5+ years of experience managing SharePoint in a corporate environment, preferably within manufacturing. Strong knowledge of SharePoint architecture, permissions, content types, and site management. Experience with Microsoft 365, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and Teams integration. Proficient in PowerShell scripting and SharePoint administration tools. Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with ERP integration within SharePoint. Experience with Microsoft Business Central SaaS Experience with API integrations to other Microsoft or non-Microsoft Platforms. Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Teamwork Administrator Associate). Working Conditions: On-site in a corporate office environment with occasional work within manufacturing plants. Occasional off-hours support or system maintenance required. May involve travel between multiple plant locations.
