We are seeking a skilled SAP Specialist with expertise in SAP ABAP development, focusing on Sales and Distribution (SD) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes to support our SAP S/4HANA environment. The role involves designing, configuring, and optimizing SAP solutions, supporting the S/4HANA migration project, and ensuring system performance and reliability. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in ABAP, a deep understanding of SAP SD and O2C processes, and experience with S/4HANA architecture. Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain custom ABAP programs to support SAP S/4HANA and O2C processes. Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements and implement end-to-end SAP O2C solutions. Support pricing, billing, order management, delivery, and credit management processes in SAP SD and FI. Optimize ABAP developments to align with SAP S/4HANA best practices, including CDS views and RAP. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP SD configuration and custom developments. Work with SAP Workflow and BRF+ to automate O2C approval functions. Support the S/4HANA migration, including code remediation, performance tuning, and testing. Ensure compliance with SAP best practices, security policies, and development guidelines. Provide documentation, training, and support to users and IT teams. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. 5+ years of SAP ABAP development experience, especially in SD and O2C processes. Experience with SAP S/4HANA, CDS views, and OData services. Strong SAP SD configuration skills in order management, pricing, billing, and credit management. Experience with S/4HANA migration projects, code adaptation, and optimization. Knowledge of SAP Fiori development and integration. Knowledge of SAP Workflow, BRF+, and event-driven programming. Familiarity with integration technologies like IDocs, RFCs, BAPIs, and Web Services. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Salary Range
$90,000 - $120,000. Salary depends on location, experience, education, and skills. Benefits include comprehensive packages, bonuses, and equity options. EEO Statement
