Performs analysis, design, and implementation on systems to solve complex problems under the direction of a Senior Hospital Applications Analyst or Principal Hospital Applications Specialist. Tests and analyzes processes according to system specifications and within established timelines. Interacts with customers, vendors, and other HST/IS&T staff to identify problems and propose solutions. Conducts training programs as required. Note:
This is a hybrid position. Qualifications
Bachelors Degree required, preferably in Computer Science, Healthcare (BSN), Business Administration, or related field. Two (2) years of progressively responsible experience in related technology fields. Direct experience with electronic medical records is a plus; prior Epic experience is highly desirable. Must complete certification on an Epic application specified by management within 6 months of training. Strong problem-solving skills and detail-oriented organizational skills. Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. Equivalent education, experience, or training may substitute for degree requirements. Additional Information
