As an
Event & Promotions Assistant , you'll support the execution of engaging, in-person events that connect charitable organizations with local communities. You'll help promote nonprofit campaigns, manage event logistics, and create authentic experiences that inspire action and support. 🔹 Key Responsibilities: Assist with planning, setup, and breakdown of live nonprofit outreach events Coordinate logistics for retail-based and community promotional campaigns Manage branded materials, signage, displays, and inventory Promote awareness of nonprofit initiatives through meaningful public interaction Collect and report engagement data to enhance campaign performance Support team members and help onboard new hires as the department grows Ensure a welcoming, professional experience for all event attendees and donors •Ideal Candidate: Friendly, outgoing personality and excellent interpersonal skills Strong communication and organizational abilities Comfortable working in high-energy, face-to-face environments Team player with a proactive, problem-solving attitude Eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a mission-driven team Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S. What You'll Gain: Paid training
