Entry-Level Electronics Hardware And Software Technician
Montis is hiring an Entry-Level Electronics Hardware and Software Technician to join our growing manufacturing and assembly team in Palmer, Alaska. We're building AI-driven weather and observation systems for real-world applications. Our cutting-edge observation sensing systems improve situational awareness and decision-making in mission-critical domains: aviation, marine, and roadway transportation. We provide observation, surveillance, and security services.
What You'll Do:
- Build electronic systems on the production line
- Assemble and test control systems, PCBs, wiring harnesses, and embedded devices
- Flash firmware and configure system software
- Troubleshoot and document system behavior across hardware and firmware
- Collaborate with engineers on QA, calibration, and process improvements
- Maintain inventory, tools, and part traceability during production
- Travel periodically to install and maintain the same systems you helped create
