As part of the Maintenance Department, you will engage in repairs, maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting of various industrial equipment, systems, and components. Enjoy a consistent Monday to Friday schedule with opportunities for night and weekend overtime. Immediate openings are available, and we provide thorough on-the-job training.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Utilizing hand/power tools, precision measurement tools, and electronic testing devices.
- Ensuring the safe operation of machinery and mechanical electrical systems.
- Following blueprints, schematics, operation manuals, and engineering specifications accurately.
- Troubleshooting equipment problems through observation and testing instruments.
- Conducting boiler chemical and wastewater testing, recording results, and making necessary adjustments.
- Performing daily safety checks on boilers and addressing necessary maintenance.
- Recording and analyzing utility meter readings and taking corrective actions as needed.
- Inspecting, cleaning, and lubricating equipment in line with maintenance procedures and technical manuals.
- Utilizing a Computerized Maintenance Management System effectively.
- Executing additional duties as assigned by leadership.
Are You the Right Fit? Here’s What We’re Looking For:
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- A two-year technical degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Valid driver's license with a safe driving record is necessary.
- Familiarity with maintenance equipment and procedures.
- At least 6 months of hands-on experience with industrial processing equipment required; applicable military experience will also be considered.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical literature in English is essential.
- Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills are required.
- Lockout/Tagout experience is mandatory.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
- Capacity to lift up to 80 lbs.
