Job Description
The Lead Super is responsible for:
Onsite daily - first job in Framingham MA Overseeing the full scope of the physical construction of the project Safety, QA/QC, Subcontractor Management, Document Control, Schedule, Relationship Management & Project Management Supervision of day-to-day work in the field Turning out high-quality work in the largest possible quantities for the lowest possible cost in the shortest possible time Planning in advance and ensuring the flow of personnel and materials will be available Managing and developing assistant super & other junior staff MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The right Lead Super has the following qualifications:
10+ years of Superintendent experience Good tenure with reputable firms Must have run numerous Wood Frame Multifamily projects $30M+ (as Lead Super) MA CSL, OSHA What's on Offer
The Lead Super will receive:
Base salary up to $170K (flexible) Gas card Vehicle allowance or truck Health benefits 401(k) Match Contributions and Profit Sharing Employee Referral Program Annual Bonus Paid Time Off Best in class Training and Development
