Job Responsibilities Operate rail loadout systems to safely and efficiently load materials into railcars Perform routine inspections and maintenance of equipment to ensure operational readiness Monitor product quality and ensure accurate documentation of loadout activities Communicate with team members and rail personnel to coordinate loading schedules Adhere to all safety protocols and environmental regulations Qualifications Demonstrated ability to operate heavy equipment and mechanical systems Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices Effective communication and teamwork skills Ability to follow standard operating procedures and adapt to changing priorities Willingness to work in a physically demanding and outdoor environment Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check Must meet all site-specific safety and operational requirements Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level. Physical Demands Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and perform tasks requiring climbing, bending, and standing for extended periods Must be able to work at heights and in confined spaces as needed Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required in designated areas Benefits Starting Pay $23 per hour DOE 401(k) retirement savings plan with an automatic company contribution as well as matching contributions Highly competitive benefits programs, including:
