Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO and leadership team. This role combines high-level administrative support with personal assistance and operational coordination. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, and can juggle multiple priorities with discretion and professionalism. Key Responsibilities: Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics Provide day-to-day administrative support to the CEO Attend key meetings, take notes, and track action items Coordinate cross-functional communication and follow-ups Prepare reports, presentations, and executive materials Handle occasional personal tasks and errands (approx. 10%) Be available outside standard hours as needed Qualifications: 7+ years supporting C-level executives, ideally in high-growth or startup settings Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Strong written and verbal communication Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint & Excel) Able to work on-site full-time with some travel and weekend availability Must have a valid passport and reliable transportation
