Executive Assistant
to support a
mission-driven
team focused on impactful work in
Climate Investing ! This is an exciting opportunity to work in a mission-driven, fast-paced investment environment, supporting a high-performing team of four investment professionals. Key Responsibilities Provide high-level executive support to four investment professionals Manage complex calendars, coordinate internal/external meetings, and handle last-minute changes with ease Coordinate domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries and logistics Prepare and submit expense reports in a timely and accurate manner Serve as a collaborative team player, backing up other EAs as needed Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all matters Requirements Minimum 5 years of executive assistant experience supporting senior leaders Experience in finance or professional services required Experience supporting multiple executives simultaneously Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance culture Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset Highly polished communication skills and a professional demeanor Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred You can use WorkGrades to collect and manage your references for free and share them with us or anyone else you choose by visiting workgrades.com/home/candidate.
