At least
two years
of defense litigation experience. Prior experience in Worker's Compensation defense is preferred but not required. Licensed to practice in
Florida . Skills and Abilities
Ability to work independently and in teams. Strong legal research, analytical, and communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Knowledge of state and federal court procedures. Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Outlook) and internet navigation. Responsibilities
Manage a caseload involving litigation defense, including workers' compensation cases. Draft pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, and respond to discovery. Conduct legal research, depositions, and court appearances. Review client documents, prepare case evaluations, and interact with clients and professionals.
