We are currently seeking an experienced attorney to join our Workers' Compensation team in our Asheville office. Ideal candidates will have 1-5 years of practice experience and must be licensed to practice law in North Carolina. Identify pleading requirements and delegate tasks to paralegals as needed. Prepare discovery responses and manage document production.
