F-16 Senior Director's Activity Group Program Manager Seeking a well-organized, and seasoned acquisition program manager to assist the F-16 Division Branch Chief and Program Managers in development of both content and format and review acquisition documents in accordance with Air Force Standards and process acquisition documents and staff packages through the Fighter and Bomber (FB) Directorate. The candidate must have extensive experience to develop, produce, and facilitate program reviews involving various levels of command, including but not limited to, the F-16 Combined Program Management Review (CPMR) for the USAF, FMS country teams, and the F-16 Integrated Program Management Review (IPMR) for USAF-wide participants. The candidate will need to provide integration, communication, coordination, organizational, and planning expertise to technical and acquisition efforts across a broad spectrum of functional disciplines to effectively assist Air Force programs in delivering and sustaining warfighting capabilities. Shall be experienced in managing all coordination and suspense control activities for inquiries from higher HQ, prepare responses for the F-16 Branch Chief and Deputy’s approval, and provide recommendations for dispositions. Shall be capable of executing F-16 staff meetings, including status updates on all taskings to F-16 senior leadership. Shall function as a communications liaison and integration project lead between F-16 Division organizational elements at HAFB and WPAFB, ensuring full coordination. Shall have experience facilitating weekly telecommunications between the F-16 senior staff and the SAF/AQ Air Staff Program Element Monitors (PEMs). The contractor shall assist in ensuring that program operational and business issues are properly visible and staffed to provide optimal force structure to meet program requirements. Shall have experience assisting in studies and analysis efforts, including gathering, analyzing, and evaluating information required by program or project managers and stakeholders. Shall provide program management support to the Branch Chief and assist response teams in high-priority inquiries and taskers. Shall support management operations functions, including answering phones, scheduling telecoms and VTCs, preparing organizational charts, entering data, integrating information into reports, maintaining training requirements, files, forms, processing mail, handling classified and unclassified materials, drafting and coordinating briefings and reports, and facilitating research and report creation. Must be able to provide program management support to the F-16 Director and Front Office Group during high-priority inquiries, collecting and analyzing metrics, and handling SIPRNET communications securely. Required Skills/Education: At least 10 years of DoD acquisition experience and a relevant degree. Good knowledge of fighter system program offices, FMS acquisition, and technical missions. Ability to work with functional leads and execute a variety of tasks with urgency and attention to detail. Excellent written and communication skills, with successful telework experience. Travel and flexible work schedules may be required.
