Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required. Ten years of IT management experience required. Ten years of experience delivering IT services and solutions required. Ten years of experience in IT service management processes required. Three years of experience in relationship management and/or client services required. Experience with sales configurator applications (e.g., Configit) and PLM applications (e.g., Windchill); ITIL framework; PLM functionality; modeling for sales and products in a configurator. Experience in delivering and maintaining IT services in an enterprise environment, leading teams, managing business demands, and using tools like ServiceNow, Microsoft Office suite. Must have legal authority to work in the U.S. EEOE. Manage all process and procedures related to IT Service Management. Participate in change management, incident, and problem management. Interact with vendors, customers, and internal teams to facilitate desired business outcomes. Lead a team to maintain, implement, and improve IT services. Ensure delivery of IT solutions, coordinate services, and manage vendor compliance. Establish and monitor SLAs and OLAs for all services. Manage change control processes, communicate with stakeholders, and oversee infrastructure and application activities. Maintain data supporting ITSM, develop processes, and oversee staff performance. Manage demand, prioritize backlog, and coordinate platform activities. Act as primary POC for ServiceNow ITSM activities and escalations.
