Research, develop, analyze, assess, plan, and support the Army in expanding U.S. Security Cooperation objectives. Review all FMS cases within the respective country portfolio for accuracy, appropriateness, disclosure, and supportability. Coordinate with clients, Joint Staff, Geographic Combatant Commands, Army Service Components, organizations, and the Interagency on all aspects of the FMS program. Apply advanced skills and industry knowledge to develop innovative solutions. Work independently, mentor, and supervise team members as needed. Basic Qualifications
Experience with FMS case management support. Tracking FMS cases through development and execution. Knowledge of SAMM, DSAMS, MISIL, SCIP, IW. Secret clearance. Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience in SC/SA or 10+ years in lieu of degree. Additional Qualifications
Experience at the component or headquarters level of a military Service organization. Knowledge of defense acquisition systems. TS/SCI clearance. Master’s degree. DISCS or DSCU training. Clearance
Secret clearance required; subject to security investigation. Compensation
Range: $86,800 - $198,000 annually. Benefits include health, life, disability, financial, retirement, paid leave, professional development, tuition assistance, work-life programs, and dependent care. Work Model
