24-hour call shifts 7am - 7am 2 - 4 patient calls per night with 1 - 2 onsite visits expected 2 - 4 hours daily rounding plus on-call coverage 20-minute onsite response time required Inpatient hospital-based practice Common procedures include kidney stones, stents, and hematuria management Adult urology only -- no pediatrics We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage We simplify the credentialing and privileging process Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry Your specialized recruiter takes care of every detail
