Location:

RI, Remote 02895 (with availability in NJ required; NY and NC licenses a plus))

Duration: 6+ Months

Pay rate: $73.18/hr. on W2

Schedule: PRN (potential for Full-Time)

Responsibilities:

Answering main line calls and returning customer email request. Assisting customers with online permits and scheduling inspections. Assisting customers with online sign-in and website issues. Entering Electrical and Residential Bldg. permits thru website. Sending inspection results to the power companies. Updating permit information in the back office system. Must be available to work every other weekend, one minor holiday, and one major holiday, in addition to weekday shifts as needed.

Position Summary:

The Telehealth Nurse Practitioner delivers patient care services through a remote technology platform in collaboration with a dedicated team of professionals. This role includes providing holistic, evidence-based care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, health counseling, and disposition planning for patients ages 18 months and older. All care is documented within an electronic health record (EHR). Providers report directly to the Enterprise Initiative Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient-Centered Quality and Safety Provide acute, chronic, and transitional care for patients aged 18 months and above. Deliver patient education, including pregnancy prevention, STI prevention, safer sex practices, and contraceptive care. Document all patient care in EHR in compliance with policies. Coordinate care with internal and external teams, including pharmacy and broader medical home networks. Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary care team. Customer Service Excellence Deliver high-quality, compassionate patient service. Tailor communication to improve patient satisfaction and engagement. Ensure patient privacy and compliance with HIPAA and PHI standards. Partner with pharmacy and store teams to support a complete care experience. Healthcare Environment Management Manage clinic logistics, operations, and conflict resolution. Support patient experience by effectively managing clinical and administrative responsibilities. Maintain compliance with clinic standards, inventory, lab follow-up, and cleanliness. Assist in hiring, development, and performance evaluation of staff. Business Acumen Manage clinic-level operations including budget, inventory, billing, and payroll. Ensure accurate revenue cycle management and payment collection. Contribute to the success of clinic business plans and goals. Autonomy and Professional Development Work independently, prioritize tasks, and advocate for patient needs. Maintain self-awareness and professionalism. Engage in continuing education and professional development.

Experience and Requirements:

Minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience. Nurse Practitioner Questionnaire must be included on resume. Current BLS certification. Reliable high-speed internet connection (min. 25 Mbps download / 3 Mbps upload). Must hold an unrestricted license in NJ; NY and NC licenses are a plus. Must be able to obtain multi-state/compact privileges as needed. Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple responsibilities. Proficiency in information management and technology.

Education:

Completion of a Master's degree Family Nurse Practitioner program. Current national board certification and state licensure to practice as an Advanced Practice Nurse required.
