Job Description: We are seeking a Technical Lead for Broadcom Ethernet Product lines, including AI/ML scale-up/scale-out, Service Provider, Enterprise, and SMB switches, Ethernet Physical layer devices (GE/10GigE/40G/100G/400G/800G/Optical). The individual will collaborate with Cloud and Networking OEMs on industry-leading Broadcom switch silicon (XGS and DNX) family. Responsibilities include managing all technical aspects throughout the design cycle, from pre-sales to production, understanding hardware architecture, performing schematic and layout reviews, assisting with proto bring-up, troubleshooting hardware issues, implementing features, and understanding packet flow and low-level register programming. The role also involves replicating customer issues in the lab, providing customer support, conducting demos, setting up eval boards, delivering technical presentations, and providing feedback to marketing and factory teams. Additionally, working with Field Sales Engineers to promote Broadcom Networking products and tracking customer programs is essential. Acting as a technical liaison between design, factory, and customer teams is also part of the role. Requirements: BSEE/MSEE 8-10 years of experience in board design, schematic capture, board layout, and board bring-up Experience with FPGA logic and high-speed signaling (10G/40G/100G/400G) System-level knowledge Excellent communication skills Positive attitude, quick learner, ability to prioritize and multitask Methodical, independent, and team-oriented work approach Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. Additional Job Details: Compensation and Benefits: The On Target Earnings (OTE) range is $139,000 - $222,000, including sales incentive commissions and potential equity awards.
