Position Overview: We’re hiring a seasoned Level 2 Field Service Engineer with 2–3 years of experience servicing general X-ray and mammography equipment. This role requires advanced troubleshooting, independent installations, and full-spectrum support of imaging systems in healthcare environments.n

What You’ll Do: n

  Independently install, calibrate, and repair X-ray and mammography systems

  n

• n

  Perform advanced diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs

  n
n
• n

  Provide technical training and operational guidance to end users

  n
n
• n

  Collaborate with OEMs and healthcare professionals to ensure uptime and compliance

  n
n
• n

  Serve as a field expert for imaging equipment performance and system support

  n
n
• n

  Travel within territory and occasionally support regional/national projects

  n
n
• n

  Contribute to business development through client relationship management

  n
n

What You’ll Need (Requirements): n

n
• Associate degree in Biomedical/Electrical Engineering or related field, or comparable industry experience
n
• 2–3 years of field service experience with general X-ray and mammography equipment
n
• In-depth knowledge of diagnostic tools, OEM specs, and medical device safety standards
n
• Strong analytical and independent troubleshooting skills
n
• Excellent written and verbal communication
n
• Self-motivated, flexible, and willing to travel regionally to assist other engineers
n
