This person will join the senior leadership team and take full control and responsibility over the Aurora plant with revenues of c. $100m. Job Description
Within this Financial Reporting position, responsibilities will include: Prepare and deliver accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with GAAP. Assist in the preparation of internal and external financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Analyze financial data and trends to identify variances and explain key drivers. Collaborate with accounting and finance teams to ensure data accuracy and completeness. Maintain and improve reporting tools, templates, and dashboards using Excel, Power BI, or other systems. Ensure compliance with internal controls and support audit processes by preparing necessary documentation. Work closely with senior leadership to provide insights into company performance and financial metrics. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes as needed. Stay updated on new accounting standards and reporting requirements to ensure compliance. To be considered for this Controller position in Aurora, candidates will ideally have: Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance CPA/MBA would be highly advantageous 3+ years of financial reporting experience with a proven track record of success Ability to communicate with employees globally clearly and precisely Manufacturing industry experience is essential What's on Offer
