Agility1 CX is expanding in South Florida , and we're seeking a motivated Business Development Consultant with extensive experience in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) sector. This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your expertise in a fast-growing, innovative BPO serving clients across Retail & eCommerce, Automotive, Telecom & Utilities, Healthcare, Government, Financial & Fintech, and High-Growth Start-Ups . We are particularly interested in professionals familiar with the unique pace, diversity, and business environment of South Florida . Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new BPO business opportunities through market research, prospecting, cold outreach, and networking—especially within South Florida. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across various industries. Work with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction. Create and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals. Develop and implement U.S. sales strategies tailored to target industries and regional needs. Maintain CRM records (e.g., Salesforce) to track activities and progress. Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities in emerging or underserved markets. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. At least 3 years of BPO business development experience, preferably in contact centers or back-office services. Proven success in closing deals and exceeding sales targets. Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Experience in Collections or Financial Services (1st & 3rd party) is preferred. Proficiency with CRM platforms like Salesforce. Located in South Florida or well-connected to the region's business community. Fluent in English; Spanish or Creole skills are a plus given the local market. Why Join Us?
