Base pay range
$100,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr Responsibilities
Kforce's client, a family-owned company with a great family-oriented environment located in Saint Louis, MO, is seeking to hire a Finance Integration Analyst. In this role, you will manage timelines, reporting, and operational transitions to ensure smooth post-acquisition performance. This client offers salary and benefits, 401(k) with match, paid time off, and professional development support from leadership. This is position is schedule as on-site with flexibility. Duties:
Develop integration playbooks and schedules Oversee financial setup: balance sheets, purchase price allocation, intangible valuation Coordinate banking, AP, tax, audit, and licensing processes Maintain vendor records and ensure compliance
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field CPA preferred, not required 2+ yearsof experience in accounting or financial analysis or public accounting is a plus Experience in manufacturing or managerial accounting preferred Familiarity with Private Equity reporting is a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
