A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A MEMBER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
As a Member Services Representative, you come to work each day ready to build strong relationships and assist our members and provide outstanding service to 20K+ members, holding 50K+ accounts, by assisting with inquiries that go beyond the scope of basic member issues. You enjoy interacting with our members both in person and over the phone and are sure to always provide exceptional customer service. Your passion for finding real solutions for our members comes through in all of your interactions and is one of the reasons they enjoy doing business with us.
Through in-depth discussions
and your attention to detail , you are able to uncover what members need and
assist them in properly maintaining their memberships to meet their needs.
Each day you go home feeling good about the problems and challenges you've been able to help our members with.
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of customer service experience
Technologically savvy
Basic knowledge of financial services environment
Ability to pass a background check and drug test
Customer service experience is preferred but not required. Bilingual (English/Spanish) abilities are a plus! Do you have excellent communication skills? Are you a warm-hearted customer service extraordinaire? Do you have strong phone skills and understand good phone etiquette? Are you a team player? If so, you may be perfect for this banking position!
