Are you an experienced Call Center professional ready to take the lead? Forrest Solutions is seeking a Lead Call Center Representative to help drive excellence in client experience and serve as a key support to our call center associates. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, can manage escalations with polish and professionalism, and have a passion for building client relationships, we want to meet you.
What You'll Do:
Handle inbound calls in a timely and professional manner Use client-specific software, databases, and tools to resolve inquiries accurately Actively listen to clients, identify the reason for the call, and resolve questions or complaints with empathy and accuracy Serve as 2nd-level support for escalated calls and assist in de-escalating client issues Foster strong relationships with our dealer network and end customers by providing exceptional service Offer performance feedback to associates and support training as needed Report and monitor key call center metrics and trends Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team environment with a focus on continuous improvement
What You Bring:
2+ years of call center experience, with at least 1 year in a Lead or Supervisory role Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills Strong data entry and Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel) Proficiency using multi-line phone systems and CRM platforms Ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain a polished, client-focused demeanor Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
