We're seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to lead our frontend architecture and drive a groundbreaking Embedded Analytics project. This role is about more than coding-it's about shaping a platform that impacts science, health, and safety. You'll define our frontend philosophy, build a unified design system, mentor engineers, and collaborate with design and product teams to create scalable, user-friendly UI systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Architect scalable, maintainable frontend systems using React Develop and implement a design system with reusable components, tokens, and clear documentation Lead the frontend development of a new Embedded Analytics initiative Create onboarding documentation and promote best practices in testing, performance, and accessibility Mentor engineers and establish high standards for frontend quality Collaborate with design and product teams to deliver production-ready experiences Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in modern frontend development (React, HTML/CSS, JavaScript) Expertise in building and maintaining large-scale frontend systems and reusable component libraries Deep understanding of architecture patterns, state management, and performance optimization Strong communication and mentoring skills Proactive problem-solving and ownership mindset Extensive experience with Tailwind CSS, including utility-first design principles, responsive layouts, and semantic, accessible HTML Proven ability to implement or contribute to Tailwind-based component libraries and maintain consistency across large codebases Preferred Qualifications:
Experience building or evolving a design system from the ground up Background in modernizing frontend codebases Familiarity with visual regression testing, Figma integration, or analytics-heavy interfaces Experience with B2B SaaS or enterprise tools What We Offer:
