We are seeking a motivated Software Engineer to join our growing engineering team. This individual will lead the development of high-performance, scalable software systems while mentoring team members and collaborating across departments. The ideal candidate has a deep technical foundation, a passion for problem-solving, and a drive to innovate and improve systems at scale.
Primary Responsibilities And Duties
Support the design, development, and maintenance of software applications and services. Apply engineering best practices to ensure scalability, security, and reliability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align software solutions with business goals. Support architectural decisions and contribute to the long-term technical strategy. Mentor and support junior engineers to grow technical expertise across the team Build and maintain robust, clean, and efficient code. Lead and manage full software development life cycle (SDLC) processes. Participate in design reviews and provide technical input for new feature development. Ensure code quality through code reviews, testing, and continuous integration. Evaluate and integrate new tools, frameworks, and technologies. Monitor, debug, and resolve issues in production and staging environments.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of professional software development experience. Proficiency in modern programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Java, Go). Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Great understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and data structures. Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
