As a Full Stack Developer with Salesforce experience, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust applications that support our brokerage operations and enhance client satisfaction. Job Description: We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer with expertise in Salesforce to join our dynamic team at Big Think Capital. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web and mobile applications, with a strong focus on integrating and customizing Salesforce solutions tailored to our alternative lending brokerage platform. Key Responsibilities: Customize Salesforce platform to streamline alternative lending processes, including designing custom objects, workflows, integrations and applications. Collaborate closely with business analysts, stakeholders, and other teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability of applications through effective architecture design and coding best practices. Implement and maintain integrations with external systems and APIs to enhance our brokerage platform functionality. Optimize application performance and usability to improve client experience and operational efficiency. Maintain code integrity and organization through version control systems. Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends, incorporating them into operational practices to drive innovation. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Hands-on experience with server-side languages such as Node.js, Python, Ruby, etc. Experience with Salesforce platform, including Salesforce Lightning components, Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs. Solid understanding of database technologies (SQL, NoSQL), Mongo DB and ORM frameworks. Familiarity with financial services industry regulations and best practices is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to overcome technical challenges. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment. Knowledge of mobile application development (iOS, Android) is a plus. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
