We're seeking a passionate and experience Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our fast-growing product development team. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of technology and sustainability, solving real-world problems that impact global food systems.
Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and APIs used by farmers, researchers, and agriculture businesses.
• Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and data scientists to deliver robust end-to-end solutions.
• Work across the full tech stack—from frontend UI to backend services and databases.
• Implement data visualization tools for geospatial data, sensor feeds, and crop performance.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code; participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and continuously optimize systems.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends in ag-tech and software engineering.

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript , and experience with React or similar frontend frameworks.
• Strong backend experience with Node.js , Python , or Java , including REST API development.
• Experience with PostgreSQL , MongoDB , or other relational/noSQL databases.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience working with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development practices.

• Exposure to GIS, remote sensing, or IoT technologies in agriculture.
• Knowledge of machine learning integration or big data pipelines.
• Passion for sustainable agriculture and climate resilience.
