Position : Full Stack Developer ( Node js backend and React frontend ) Location : Long Beach CA ( Hybrid ) ITs W2 position. only visa Independent candidate can apply. Full Stack Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications using React.js, Node.js, and Express.js, with a focus on AWS services. This role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless integration and performance. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain web applications using Node.js for the backend and React for the frontend. Implement user interfaces and develop APIs. Manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, including services like EC2, S3, Lambda, and RDS. Implement CI/CD pipelines and manage databases. Optimize performance, ensure security, and collaborate with teams. Create technical documentation and provide project updates. Stay updated on web development trends and improve development processes. Below are some of the prescreening questionnaire that can be used to filter out candidates. These are general questions (HR screening partner should be able to get a good sense of candidate strengths/weaknesses) Questions to be asked: What is your total professional experience developing web applications, and specifically with Node.js for the backend and React for the frontend? Can you briefly describe a recent web application project you worked on that utilized both Node.js and React? What was your primary role and what were some of the key challenges you faced? Describe your experience developing RESTful APIs using Node.js. Can you give an example of an API you built and some considerations you took for its design? What is your experience with different database systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL)? Can you name a few you've worked with and describe a scenario where you chose one over another? Have you worked with any Node.js frameworks like Express.js, NestJS, or Koa? If so, which ones and for what purposes? What is your experience with responsive web design and ensuring cross-browser compatibility in React applications? How do you optimize the performance of a React application? Can you provide some examples of techniques you've used? What is your experience managing cloud infrastructure on AWS? Please list the specific AWS services you have hands-on experience with from the following: EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS. What is your experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines? Can you describe a CI/CD setup you've implemented or contributed to, including the tools used (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, AWS CodePipeline)
