Your Responsibilities:
- Complete all required training including:
- Zaxbys Front of House Development Plan
- Hands-on stations training
- Any other training as needed
- Provide enthusiastic and friendly service
- Greet guests warmly upon entrance and thank them upon exit
- Stay informed about current promotions and menu items
- Help guests navigate the menu and suggest exciting additions
- Accurately process orders and handle transactions
- Manage cash register operations responsibly
- Keep dining areas and facilities clean and inviting
- Maintain equipment and report any maintenance needs
- Ensure stock of paper goods and beverages is always available
- Support kitchen staff with food preparation tasks
- Follow safety guidelines for food and beverages
- Complete additional tasks as assigned with urgency
- Work safely and responsibly at all times
Requirements:
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Must be able to work between 32 to 40 hours per week
Essential Capabilities:
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods
- Occasional bending, stooping, and climbing
- Frequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Continual use of hands for various tasks
- Strong communication skills
- Able to observe and respond effectively in a dynamic environment
- Comfortable working in varying temperature settings
- Safely operate restaurant equipment
