We are looking for a talented and collaborative Software Engineer to help improve the efficiency and scalability of our internal operations. This is an opportunity to directly impact key workflows and processes that enable the company to achieve its objectives more effectively. In this role, you’ll work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to understand their workflows, identify needs, and design engineering solutions that address real operational challenges at scale. You’ll have ownership over the discovery and delivery of impactful improvements, from idea to implementation. We’re seeking someone who thrives on solving open-ended problems, enjoys working with people, and is adept at translating complex needs into elegant technical solutions. Requirements 3+ years of experience Skilled in building and maintaining web-based systems, with experience in both backend and frontend development. Prior experience building internal tools, automation, or process-oriented software. Strong problem-solving skills. Experience working in AI-enhanced development environments. Strong communicator, self-motivated, and able to take ownership of projects with a high degree of independence. Work from Equitybee’s Palo Alto office, CA (Hybrid - minimum 3 days/week in office) Advantages Experience with our core tech stack: Node.js, React. Experience with working on cloud native environments (i.e., Google Cloud). Exposure to startup environments and fast-moving, early-stage initiatives.
