Tesla . **What To Expect:** The AI Evaluation team is responsible for ensuring customer safety by evaluating models used in Autopilot. We seek an experienced fullstack developer to own the tooling for model assessment, which influences key decisions on model architecture, data integrity, and performance. Collaboration with AI researchers, infrastructure & telemetry teams, and release managers is essential. **What You'll Do:** Create, maintain, and expand internal tools for evaluating Autopilot vehicle behavior. Design and implement dashboards to accelerate model training evaluation. Support AI research projects by implementing new features. Lead projects from inception to presentation to leadership. **What You'll Bring:** Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field, or exceptional skills proof. Strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills. Experience with Python, Django or Flask. Knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL). Experience with AWS, Splunk, or similar tools. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. **Benefits:** Competitive salary ($132,000 - $300,000/year) plus stock and benefits.
