Machine Learning Engineer, AI (FULLY REMOTE)Join us as a Machine Learning Engineer, AI (FULLY REMOTE) at Splunk. This role involves developing core AI/ML capabilities to enhance Splunk's product portfolio and support customers' digital resiliency journey. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior members, and contribute to the engineering roadmap.ResponsibilitiesDevelop AI/ML platform and infrastructure for cybersecurity and observability domains.Work closely with software engineers, scientists, and product managers to integrate generative AI solutions.Stay updated with AI/ML advancements and incorporate them into our technology roadmap.Participate in strategic discussions on AI directions and product development.RequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, with 3+ years of experience.Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), model deployment, version control (Git), CI/CD, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), and MLOps platforms (MLflow, Kubeflow).Experience working with data scientists and DevOps teams.Strong problem-solving and communication skills.Additional DetailsSalary range: $176,600 - $225,900 USD.
