Assistant Controller
to join this dynamic, growth-focused team. This is your chance to get in early and help shape the future of a high-profile fund, alongside some of the sharpest professionals in the business. What We're Looking For: 5+ years of relevant accounting experience (Fund Accounting, Real Estate, or Joint Venture/PE accounting) Strong monthly NAV or month-end close experience (Fund Admin backgrounds welcome) CPA preferred Background with SEC reporting preferred, but not required Experience with Yardi or Investran is a plus What You’ll Do: You’ll support the Controller and lead Senior Accountants on a range of fund-focused responsibilities, including financial reporting, audit coordination, performance return analysis, third-party manager oversight, and cross-functional collaboration with asset/portfolio management teams. You'll have real ownership and visibility. Why Join?
