Reporting to the District Manager, your main focus as Store Manager is to promote a positive shopping experience, build loyal client relationships, and produce outstanding business results by leading and inspiring a high-performing team. You will drive operational efficiency and traffic through digital platforms, demonstrate leadership through recruiting, training, and coaching your team, and maximize store profitability by surpassing sales and productivity targets. Qualifications
High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or related discipline is an asset 3-5 years of management experience, preferably in a fashion clothing environment, or equivalent management experience Passion for fashion and customer-oriented mindset Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to promote an environment encouraging participation, creativity, and learning Flexibility, innovation, and a sense of urgency in adapting to changing business needs Excellent organizational, time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills Ability to build partnerships and collaborate effectively Social media skills, mobile device skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office or Open-Office Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required What We Have To Offer
