As a nationwide company, we serve clients across America, offering our signature glass products and services to diverse markets. Following consistent annual growth of 70–80% and with even more ambitious plans ahead, we are expanding our recruitment team and looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to help drive our continued success. We consider candidates from anywhere in the world! Responsibilities
Full-cycle recruitment for roles from Junior to Senior level. Develop candidate profiles and hiring strategies tailored to each role. Collaborate with hiring managers on job requirements and evaluation criteria. Create interview questions, evaluation forms, and test assignments. Use various sourcing channels to build strong talent pipelines. Apply diverse assessment methods to evaluate candidates effectively. Ensure timely and accurate updates in the ATS. Support onboarding of selected candidates. Participate in other HR projects as needed. Analytical skills: Ability to analyze hiring data, identify trends, and recommend improvements Experience working with a wide range of positions, including sales and executive roles Fluent English (B2-C1) Organized, results-oriented, works with urgency Relevant work experience of active recruitment for at least 4 years, 2 of each in global recruitment Relevant full-lifecycle Talent Acquisition/Staffing experience in international companies or agencies is a plus What we offer: Competitive base salary + KPI based bonuses Working schedule is rom 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
