Responsibilities
Data Governance & Compliance:
Support the development and implementation of data governance and compliance processes, and provide guidance on related queries and policy adherence. Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to implement and communicate new compliance and access policies effectively. Request Evaluation:
Review and evaluate research and non-research data access requests to ensure alignment with NUHS policies. User Access Governance:
Assist in reviewing IT procedures, implementing access controls, managing system access requests, and maintaining the Role-Based Access Matrix. IT Audit Management : Contribute to IT audit planning, execution, and follow-up on control issues with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution. Project Support:
Assist in ad-hoc tasks such as investigations, training, and development of IT and compliance-related policies and procedures.)
