Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Housing Support Program Manager located in Boston, MA. The Housing Support Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing housing programs, providing support and resources to clients, coordinating with local agencies, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Daily tasks include managing case files, conducting client assessments, developing service plans, and monitoring program outcomes. The Program Manager will also handle staff supervision, budget management, and community outreach initiatives.
Qualifications Experience in housing programs, social services, and client support Skills in case management, client assessments, and service plan development Leadership and staff supervision abilities Strong budget management and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and communities Knowledge of local, state, and federal housing regulations Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred Proven experience in community outreach and partnership development Seniority level
