About the job The Global Business Consulting (GBC) team identifies growth opportunities in partners’ products and markets, focusing on user experience and quality improvements. Growth Consulting helps developers optimize strategies for business, user acquisition, engagement, and monetization. Members are analysts, consultants, and product managers who leverage domain expertise to transform data into insights, presenting findings to product, marketing, data teams, and executives. As a Games Growth Consultant, you will use your expertise to help partners build and grow successful mobile businesses on Google Play, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance developer knowledge and product value. You will identify growth opportunities using Google’s data and guide partners in adopting effective solutions. You will also develop reusable strategies to improve the ecosystem health. The Global Partnerships organization explores new opportunities with partners, supporting Google’s product teams across various domains, including advertising, search, and payments. The US salary range for this position is $174,000-$261,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Compensation depends on location, skills, experience, and education. Specific salary details will be shared during hiring. Responsibilities include analyzing game performance, delivering insights, creating strategic guidance, partnering with developers, and consolidating industry trends.
