MAINTENANCE WORKER
Full-time | 40 hours/week
Schedule: 2:00 pm - 12:30 am, Mon - Thu (Second Shift)
6:30 pm - 8:20 am, Friday, Saturday, Sunday (3rd Shift)
Pay: $24.29 - $25.73/hr + $1.00/hr shift differential

About the Role: The Maintenance Worker is essential in maintaining the high standards of our community. This position involves a variety of maintenance tasks, requiring a proactive approach and attention to detail to support the overall well-being of our residents.
Key Responsibilities: Perform general corrective and preventive maintenance
Assist in maintaining buildings and equipment, including heating and cooling systems
Basic working knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systems
Safely operate power tools
Participate in snow removal as needed
Additional duties may be assigned
Qualifications: Valid NYS driver's license required to operate company vehicles
Minimum 2 years of related work experience preferred
Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
