Base pay range

$235,000.00/yr - $390,000.00/yr

Position: M&A Associate (2–6 Years)

Location: New York, NY

A top-tier global law firm is seeking a talented M&A associate with 2–6 years of experience to join its New York-based transactional team . As part of the team, you'll contribute to market-leading public and private M&A and private equity deals alongside some of the industry’s most respected attorney's.

The Opening:

• Advise on high-profile domestic and cross-border transactions
• Draft and negotiate core M&A documents
• Lead due diligence and manage deal execution
• Collaborate with elite practitioners across tax, finance, antitrust, and regulatory teams

Requirements:

• 2–6 years of M&A and/or private equity experience at a top law firm
