Epic Instructional Designer
to support its Epic EMR training initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who is Epic-certified in inpatient modules and passionate about creating engaging, effective training experiences for clinical staff. Must-Have Qualifications: Epic certification in inpatient modules (Orders, ClinDoc, Stork, ASAP, OpTime/Anesthesia) Experience building and maintaining the Master Training Environment (MST) Proven ability to create and maintain Epic training curriculum 5+ years of experience supporting or teaching Epic EMR Responsibilities: Develop and maintain training materials including lesson plans, tip sheets, and exercise books Ensure training environments are properly configured and functioning for sessions Conduct classroom and virtual training sessions for diverse clinical audiences Assess user competency through evaluations and proficiency assessments Provide feedback and identify areas for improvement in training programs Stay current with Epic upgrades and ensure training materials reflect system changes Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
