Global Immigration Practice Lead:
Our client has an
urgent need
to hire a new
Head of Global Mobility
to oversee and support their Global Mobility legal operations. This is a key leadership role providing legal support to EMEA and APAC teams, managing global mobility programs, and guiding a high-performing, international team. Job Responsibilities Serve as the legal lead for global mobility matters, focusing on EMEA and APAC regions Provide strategic legal support on global employee mobility, immigration, tax, and compliance issues Collaborate closely with HR, legal, and business leaders across regions to ensure compliant and efficient mobility processes Manage and mentor a global team of 7-8 paralegals based in Singapore, London, and remotely within the U.S. Partner with the San Francisco-based Program Manager to oversee operational aspects of the mobility program Develop and implement global mobility policies, ensuring alignment with legal requirements and business objectives Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on cross-border mobility risks and solutions Additional Benefits 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employees 50% coverage for eligible family dependents Firm-funded profit sharing in successful years 401(k) with employer matching Flexible PTO policy Half-day
