Business Overview The Vintage Platform is Goldman Sachs' secondary investing platform within the External Investing Group, focusing on liquidity solutions for private market investors through secondary funds and strategies, including infrastructure secondaries. The team operates globally, with offices in New York, London, Hong Kong, Singapore, Salt Lake City, San Francisco, and West Palm Beach. Responsibilities Source, lead, and evaluate infrastructure secondary transactions, focusing on asset-level valuation across diverse deal types and sectors. Prepare and present investment opportunities to the Investment Committee. Develop infrastructure secondary verticals through team growth, pipeline management, and technology analytics. Coordinate investment execution and closing, collaborating with internal teams and external partners. Monitor portfolio performance and risk profiles. Qualifications At least 5 years of experience in Infrastructure Secondaries, Investment Banking, or Direct Infrastructure Investing; 3 years may qualify for Associate level. Strong investment judgment, analytical, and valuation skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Effective time, people, and project management skills. Team-oriented mindset. Compensation & Benefits Base salary: USD 125,000 - 290,000, plus discretionary bonus.
