Associate Attorney - No Fault and Subrogation
Growing litigation firm seeks an attorney (admitted in NY) with 1-3 years experience to assist with heavy caseload for No-Fault and Subrogation practice areas. Position available immediately. Ideal candidate will be admitted to practice in New York and possess solid research, analytical, and organizational skills. Responsibilities will include drafting pleadings, written discovery and motions; handling court appearances and depositions; and communicating with clients.
